Hernán van Zandweghe

Hernán van Zandweghe brings over 20 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, and corporate finance across Latin America, where he has advised corporations, investors, and governments on complex financial transactions.
He has held senior positions at leading global institutions including Citibank, HSBC, Santander, and ICBC, with a focus on debt offerings, structured finance, project finance, and liability management. Hernán also served as Managing Partner at AXEDA Partners, a boutique advisory firm specializing in M&A and capital markets, and later held CFO roles at innovative technology companies such as Smowtion, Rekket Digital Hub, and Treggo.
Since 2017, Hernán has advised boards and executive teams of industrial, service, and technology ventures, supporting growth through both organic expansion and strategic transactions. He holds a degree in Economics from the University of Buenos Aires, a Master’s in Finance from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, and an MBA from Universidad Católica Argentina, where he also lectured in Business Administration.
